Manasserian recently joined Patterson & O'Neill as a partner, bringing extensive experience in California land use, entitlements, environmental law and real estate development.

Throughout his career, Manasserian has helped entitle millions of square feet of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and hotel development. His work includes advising clients on entitlement strategy, zoning and planning, CEQA compliance, subdivisions, the Starter Home Revitalization Act, the State Density Bonus Law, and other state housing laws.
